Winemaker: David Lallande
Located on the East-facing slopes of Mount Lebanon at 4600ft, the limestone/clay vineyards are protected from the warm Syrian winds and provide the perfect conditions for slow ripening. The hand-picked grapes are grown organically, only free-run juice is used with little to no SO2, and aged in large, 500-liter demi-fluids. With winemaker David Lalland, French vinicultural traditions meet ancient, pristine vineyards.
